Jayesh Sachdev – b. 1980

Jayesh Sachdev was born in 1980. He graduated with a major in Advertising and Design, from Laselle-SIA College of the Arts, Singapore, in 2005. Thereafter, he worked as an Art Director in Singapore, before moving back to India to set up his own art and design studio – Emblem. Design being his forte and painting his passion, his works became a reflection of a combination of the two. He has held several exhibitions in India and abroad.

His works can be found with leading collectors in India and abroad. He is also the artist who holds the National Record for having painted India’s largest concept artwork, a new media artwork, 40 ft x 40 ft, through a never before initiated ‘Tyre-Art’ concept that was witnessed by the nation’s art fraternity. He is also the recipient of several awards.

The artist lives and works in Mumbai.
